PRE-ORDERS (PO)

What are pre-orders?

Pre-orders help to fund the production of pins and will be sold at a discounted price. When the target amount for the pre-order has been reached, the pins will go into production. After manufacturing and shipping to me, I will ship the pins out to everyone who pre-ordered! Remaining pins will be listed as in-stocks.

When will my pre-ordered items arrive?

Pre-orders can take 2-3 months after the target amount has been reached. This is because the manufacturers need to be given time to produce and ship the pins to me after I’ve checked the quality of the pins. I also hand-pack and mail every pin, so your patience is much appreciated! Please only pre-order if you are willing to wait <3

PIN GRADES

Please take note: There's no such thing as a 100% perfect pin. Pins are made to be worn and to accessorize! Plus they are all made by hand.

Standard 

Standard pins are the best in the batch! There are typically only a couple minor flaws that would only be noticeable under scrutiny.

B Grade

B grade pins have only a couple of minor flaws and/or a major flaw. Wearable pins with imperfections that would also only be noticeable up close.

C Grade

C grade pins have more obvious flaws, such as discolouration and scuffs.

Seconds

Seconds have noticeable major flaws.

SHIPPING

Worldwide shipping from Singapore! All orders will be sent via SingPost Registered Mail and tracking numbers will be emailed to you for your order after it has been dropped off at the post office. Please see here for more info. Any exceptions/complications that arise will be addressed on my social media.

I am not responsible for any lost mail.

Due to the pandemic, shipping times have been negatively affected. Please only order if you are aware of the possibility of shipping delays and are willing to wait!

REFUNDS 

Pins are not returnable but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

You may get a refund or exchange if they are damaged or the incorrect order was sent.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Pre-orders are non-refundable.

If pre-order slots are unable to be filled, it will be canceled and refunds will be made.
